The Casey Anthony Murder Trial eBook Claudette Walker Matrix Filia

From sidebars to sideshows, this is "The Casey Anthony Murder Trial.” The book is a comprehensive look at the media, judge, jury, defendant, lawyers, witnesses, and evidence, written with eyes wide open. This is what most people never see the events that occur during a murder trial. With all the elements of an American tragedy, complete with the elevation of the mother to celebrity status, Casey Anthony stood accused of murdering her two-year-old daughter. Caylee was last seen with her mother, and the toddler’s disappearance went unreported for 31 days. A massive worldwide search ensued, before the discovery of Caylee’s remains in a murky Florida swamp six months later. In the trial, both the lawyers and witnesses seemed to cross the lines between fact and fiction during this spectacle of horrors. The media covered the arrest of the mother, and for the first time an American jury selection was televised live, from our home in Pinellas County, Florida. From jury selection to sentencing, this is a comprehensive interpretation of a first-degree murder trial and our American justice system, for good or bad. This is not a storybook, but the story of this trial, done in real time, including the observations and opinions of the two writers as the trial was ongoing.
We know this trial. The book examines the murder of Caylee, the trial of her mother, and takes a hard look at the judicial system. This trial and the acquittal of her mother for the murder have resulted in strong opinions, from agreement with the verdict to venomous hatred of all involved in the case and even those who write about this trial. Read and judge for yourself.

Worth a read, the book was good. My only complaint is that I spent the entire book waiting to find out who the authors were, having been baited early on. The end result disappointed me enough to leave a sour taste. Hence the 4 (not 5) star rating.Product details

The Casey Anthony Murder Trial eBook Claudette Walker Matrix Filia Reviews
This book was so full of false information. Seems to me that the writer of this book sole goal here was to jump on the Casey Anthony money wagon will it was still running. Factual Truths in this book are very few if any at all. I would suggest that this Author re watch the trail from start to finish in it's entirety. I would also like to suggest that next time you want to write a book. Please Make sure you have an Idea. of what it is your talking about.
The American public hates this woman....I can't believe anyone will pay to read about her. I actually belong to a boycott group who is boycotting any book, magazine or network who is supporting Casey Anthony, Lee Anthony, George and Cindy, Jose Baez, Mark Lippman and anyone else associated with or in support of anything Anthony (including Jeff Ashton).
What we want is for Caylee's story to be told....we want justice for Caylee. We want to hear stories that honor her and show how her death has helped so many other children who are being abused and/or killed at the hands of their parents. We want to hear that she did not die in vain and we will continue our work forever. We are not going to forget Caylee...we are going to push forward with fervor until justice is served.
We also want to hear about this money trail....how is Casey living...who is feeding her....who is paying for her therapy...who is paying for her to take foreign languages...who is paying for her to travel about?? Who paid for her defense....why are the Anthony's on welfare? We want to know how we can get Casey to Federal court so that she can be held accountable for what she did to little Caylee
We don't want to hear more of the Anthony lies....we just want the details about how they are able to live without working.....how they can travel and take multiple vacations with no money...who is supporting this whole family.
We don't want to hear about poor Casey who is afraid for her life so she can't show her face in public....she can't show her face in public because she murdered sweet Caylee. She will never again be able to show her face in public because we will never forget what she did to that little girl. Killing her was bad enough, but then to throw her in a swamp to be eaten by animals, to party hearty for 31 days while little Caylee's body rotted in the swamp, disgusting.....why is Casey or any of the Anthonys newsworthy?
Give us the behind the scenes stories....tell us who is paying for all of these disgusting people to live and travel....tell us who is paying for Casey to live in luxury. Tell us how Caylee's death is important to the future of abused children. Report on the huge effects our boycotting efforts have made in keeping this family under wraps. We want no one to make blood money from the death of this little girl.
Read this at the suggestion of a friend. If you have followed this saga since 2008 and you know the story, then you know this writer has no clue! It seems the writer only wants to make some money off an extremely popular non-fiction murder case. She obviously was not on the inside getting true details--she writes with little knowledge about what did or did not happen in reality. Unfortunately, she appears to be one of many who are attempting to profit from the morbid, horrible death of a 2-year-old little girl! NOT A MUST READ BOOK! DON'T WASTER YOUR MONEY!
I loved it! I wasn't able to watch all of the trial & this filled me in on what I missed! Thanks for writing it. -)
This book is very poorly written. I first purchased it as an audio book to listen while I was commuting to work. There were no pauses between speakers, and no spaces or pauses between subjects and information. I believed this was the fault of the narrator so I purchased the kindle version thinking I could read it myself and still gain knowledge from the book. I was wrong. It is written so poorly there are no appropriate pauses, breaks, or other transitional statements to move the story forward. This is one of the worst book purchases I have ever made.
When asked to write the postscript for this book, I knew it was an important story. Reading it makes me realize how right I was about the importance of this book. I also became aware of how much I did not know about the horrific death of this child and the judicial process that was to try her mother for the death. I walked away from reading this book with an understanding of how unpredictable our justice/jury system can be. From the media and shows like CSI, juries currently expect a great deal of forensic evidence such as DNA, fiber, strands of hair etc. However, such is rarely the case in a homicide. Furthermore, young missing children do not garner a great deal of news coverage, unless the media is focused on that particular child whose case then develops into a high profile one.It would behoove all of us to be more sensitive to and become more aware of those whose task it is to guard our most precious resources, our children.
bought this for my gma who loves reading about big news stories in the world. she is really excited to read about it and i can't believe there is such a huge book about it already when it happened not that long ago!!
Worth a read, the book was good. My only complaint is that I spent the entire book waiting to find out who the authors were, having been baited early on. The end result disappointed me enough to leave a sour taste. Hence the 4 (not 5) star rating.
